White Pinot Noir
We made this rare, luscious dry white wine from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes were hand-harvested at night, using only the purest free-run juice from the press for this wine. This White Pinot Noir is 100% barrel fermented in neutral French Oak barrels without any skin contact to preserve the pale color and fresh, delicate flavors of stone fruit, honeysuckle, wild strawberries, and white peach. “Sur-lie” aging for five months gives this wine its mouthwatering texture and adds exotic notes of quince, kiwi fruit, and orange zest. The finish is full and long, with vibrant acidity.
The total production of this wine was 222 cases.
