Chat with the author of Sideways, Rex Pickett

Join us for a Sideways pop-up with the man himself, Rex Pickett.

A Toast With Rex

Saturday, June 27th from 1 to 4 PM

Join us as we toast Sideways author, Rex Pickett.

Rex wrote the novel that became the movie that changed wine forever — the one that put Pinot Noir on the map and (sorry, Merlot) nearly took it off. Now he’s coming to Schug to talk Sideways, wine, and writing over a glass of Pinot and Chardonnay.

No agenda, no program — just stop in, pour a glass, and hear some stories from the guy who started it all.

He’ll have copies of the Sideways books on hand for signing too.
602 Bonneau Rd, Sonoma — see you there!

Courtyard open 11 am – 4 pm on Saturday.>

We’ll have small cheese boards available for purchase, but feel free to bring your own lunch or snacks — this isn’t about a formal program, it’s about chilling at Schug, hanging out with an amazing author, and good friends having a good time.

Questions? Text or call us at 707-939-9363 or email us at: info@schugwinery.com — we’re happy to help.
