We love this recipe because it is such a wonderful accompaniment to our Estate Grown Carneros Chardonnay. The wine exhibits our classic ripe, spicy bouquet and a rich baked apple component across your palate. A toastiness adds depth. This wine is so delicious paired up with our Roasted Yukon Gold Potato and Vegetable Salad! Rich fruity roasted carrots and potatoes go hand in hand with the appley elements in the wine. Toasted almonds in the salad? Perfect with the hints of toasted nuts in the Chardonnay. Try our recipe soon and keep it on hand for the remaining several months on the calendar- most of the ingredients are available year-round!
